Active Interest Media Launches Redesigned Website
El Segundo, CA (May 27, 2010) -- Active Interest Media (AIM, aimmedia.com) today announced the launch of its fully redesigned website. Complete with new navigation, graphics, and animation, the new site was designed to keep pace with company growth.

"Our new website reflects where we are today as a growing and thriving media company," says Andrew Clurman, AIM's President and Chief Operating Officer. "The site is easier to navigate, and more fully showcases the depth and breadth of our expanding media properties which now includes 35 magazines and websites, 20 major events, and book and DVD publishing divisions spread over five publishing groups."

The new site conveys the passion and enthusiasm AIM has for each of its publications and properties. Overseen by Randy Pope, AIM's Senior Web Designer/Developer, and JoAnn Thomas, AIM's Executive Assistant & Office Manager, the site's new features quickly defines each of AIM's distinct brands, while allowing users easy access to the company's rich content. "Our publications and properties are for everyone interested in an active, healthy lifestyle," says Thomas, "and our new website inspires users to say, 'I want to do that.'"

The premise for the redesign was to update the look to match where AIM is as a company and to convey the fun, healthy, active, adventurous lifestyles of its brands. "We wanted to emphasize the creativity that we see in our brands on a daily basis and present that as a package to the outside world," says Pope. "Equally important, we created a site that loads quickly and offers many ways of accessing the content within it."
