Active Interest Media Acquiring Bonnier Mountain Group Properties
Boulder, CO (April 30, 2013) -- Active Interest Media (AIM, aimmedia.com) today announced it has reached an agreement to acquire the properties
of the Bonnier Mountain Group (bonniercorp.com), including SKI, Skiing, Warren Miller Entertainment and NASTAR. The agreement, expected to
close on May 31, returns AIM’s management team, CEO Efrem (Skip) Zimbalist, Andy Clurman, President and COO, and Brian Sellstrom, CFO, to
oversight of the properties they successfully led from 1996-2003, when they were known as Mountain Sports Media. During that time, the team
moved the group from New York City to Boulder, Colo., acquired Warren Miller Entertainment, expanded the quality, scope and reach of the
properties, and grew the company by 50 percent.

Yoga Journal is leveraging big gains in traffic, social media audience and promising sales of DVD products into a full-blown
e-commerce store. The expanded product line will include two-dozen brands and will sell clothing, jewelry,
accessories, footwear, DVDs and other products.
According to Yoga Journal, February traffic to the brand's website increased 305 percent over the same period l
ast yearthe site averages about one million unique visitors a month. Before launching the store, the site only sold DVD products, but those net sales increased 86
percent during the same period, says the company.
